Why San Rafael Elementary School?
Dual Language
San Rafael follows the 90/10 Dual Language Immersion Program (DLIP) design. This model begins in Kindergarten with 90% of the academic instruction delivered in Spanish and 10% of the academic instruction delivered in English. This ratio is adjusted as students matriculate from grade to grade.
After School Programs
San Rafael offers two after-school care programs that operate Monday through Friday from after-school dismissal to 6:00 pm. Applications for both after-school programs are also available at the Back to School Posting Party before the start of the school year or by contacting the respective on-site program Directors.
